The water of life is a complex story from the fairy tale treasure of the Brothers Grimm. compiled from old legends that have been passed on from generation to generation.
Three brothers go one after the other in search of the water of life in order to save the life of their seriously ill father, the king. All three meet a dwarf. The two older brothers mock the dwarf and are therefore misled by him. Only the youngest prince is honest and politely asks the dwarf if he knows where the water of life can be found. The dwarf explains to him exactly where the liquid treasure can be found and what needs to be done to retrieve it. To help, he gives the youngest prince two enchanted objects on the way. It is always the dwarfs who know all the secrets between heaven and earth, including those hidden deep under the earth.
This is where the real adventure begins. The youngest son finds the water of life in an enchanted castle. There he meets a beautiful princess, the two fall in love and swear to wait for each other and get married as soon as the young prince has completed his mission to save his father. With the water of life in his luggage, the youngest brother makes his way back, collects his lost brothers and almost casually saves three other kingdoms. He does what a true hero can and remains honest, humble, loyal, brave and good. So much luck and sincerity arouse the envy of the brothers and they forge a perfidious plan to throw the youngest out of the running. The resentment turns them into mean traitors.
