Cuero de Mexico Eau de Parfum

Emotion, temperament, wild romance and a certain amount of dangerous adventurousness.

Get a sniff of the essence of Mexico's vibrant landscape. This captivating fragrance is a harmonious blend of Neroli, tuberose, and jacaranda blossoms, combined with the sun-kissed juice of ripe oranges. The scent is anchored by the rich aroma of leather, reminiscent of a saddle leather chord, and infused with the warm and earthy undertones of myrrh. Cuero de Mexico Eau de Parfum is a sophisticated and captivating fragrance that transports you to the heart of Mexico, where the aromas of blooming flowers and the sun-soaked countryside intertwine.

Fragrance Story:

A romantic horseback ride. The scent of saddle leather and orange blossoms fills the air.

The couple leads the horses at walking pace past old jacaranda trees, fragrant blossoms. The horses prance excitedly, the conversations of the lovers are flirtatious. As soon as they pass the gate, they let the horses run. The speed promises freedom and the warm wind sings a special love song for the two of them. Together the horses cross a stream with elegant leaps. They bridle the horses, look into each other's eyes with a laugh and find themselves in a long and intense kiss. Love is always an adventure.

Part of Mexico's history is tied to haciendas. Places, where time seems to stand still with arcades, courtyards, fountains and beautiful colonial architecture. This almost always includes keeping horses. Cuero de Mexico is an ode to the beauty of these very special places.

Inspiration:

An olfactory ride under orange trees, whose fragrance rises intoxicatingly to the nose with the warmth of golden sunbeams. Next come the captivatingly provocative tuberose and jacaranda blooms. Graceful, mysterious myrrh and fine leather nuances form a spirited and successful crowning of the perfume.
Neroli greets the nose, shiny as the new day, but soon we feel the saddle and a hint of stall. It's so satisfying, immediate and true; There is nothing wrong with this fragrance. When Manuela says it's classic, she's spot on. Timeless, genderless, exquisite on a grand scale. By the way, it is not Spanish leather, not Russian leather, nor English leather: Inspired by the vast landscape, it sings of a beloved space, an animal that can hardly be tamed and an experienced rider. This is comfort of a completely different kind, the feeling of lightness between horse and rider. I really love this one.

Are our fragrances natural and clean?

For our fragrances we use tinctures and macerates from selected plant materials. These include resins, essential oils, natural extracts, absolutes, isolated molecules, safe synthetic molecules and safe synthetic fragrance notes.

We prefer to use natural raw materials. However, we want to use them when they meet our concept of ethical responsibility and ecological respect. Many of the natural ingredients are still difficult to source in a sustainable way. For this reason, we use synthetic ingredients when we consider them the right choice for the balance of a formula.
